Sign up is free for the salon and the site members. As a registered user, you can sign up your favorite salon and leave feedback for the salon and the stylist. If you do not have a favorite salon, do a search and see which salon in your area would be right for you. Sign up, search and rate is all the registered user needs to do.

While you are searching for the right salon, keep this in mind. The rating system has been designed to determine how high a salon will list in your search based on the salon's score from site members and the number of feedbacks the salon has received. The higher the score and the number of feedbacks in relation to other salons determine where the salon will list on the results page when a search is performed.

The salons do have the option to become sponsors of this site. If they are the sponsor, you will find that they list in a section of their own at the top of your search list. The sponsors a re rated the same, but they are rated only against other sponsors on the results page. Make sure you preview the sponsors they may have a special offer for you because you found their salon on this site.

After doing your search, click on an individual salon and then on an individual stylist in that salon. View what other site members have thought of their experience and find out locations, products, services, specialties and more. Our sponsor salons have added bonus features: salon pictures, coupon offers, and a special format for their hours of operation.

Salons are the administrator of their information. They are responsible for keeping it up to date and are assigned a unique id. If a user signs up a salon, we will notify that salon that they have been added. At that point, they can choose to join and update their salon information or not.

As a user of the site, you will have a unique id. What does that mean for you? The feedback you leave is anonymous. As the site owners, we will monitor the feedback and upon our discretion remove feedback that is deemed inappropriate or proven untrue. You can choose to have salons contact you through your email for special events or other information, but your feedback is only identified by your unique id.
